Issue/Introduction

User is not gaining access when elevated. Steps to duplicate issue

• Had user ABCxxxx attempt his MQ put job to TEST while not elevated - failed as expected
• Elevate user ABCxxxx
• Logoff user ABCxxxx
• Issue revoke on user ABCxxxx
• Issue resume on user ABCxxxx
• Logon user ABCxxxx
• Had user ABCxxxx attempt MQ put job to TEST - failed even though user is elevated

User is not losing access when elevated. Steps to duplicate issue

• Elevate user ABCxxxx
• Timeout of elevation
• Had user ABCxxxx attempt MQ put job to TEST - succeeded even though user was de-elevated

Resolution

This is a caching issue and MQ is not honoring the ENF71 signal 

When working with MQ issue a RVERIFY SECURITY

issue RVERIFY SECURITY(ABCxxxx) against TEST queue manager
