Jaspersoft 7.1.0 or 7.1.3 with Clarity 15.9

Issue/Introduction

When you upgrade to 15.9, are you required to upgrade Jaspersoft server from 7.1.0 to 7.13 OR can you maintain the lower version for some time until you evaluate whether or not to upgrade the Jaspersoft server?

Resolution

• Jaspersoft 7.1.0 will still work with Clarity 15.9. However we do recommend you upgrade to Jaspersoft 7.1.3 as soon as possible. It's a patch (minor upgrade) so it shouldn't require full testing. It's recommended as it has fixes that went in it to address security vulnerabilities. 
• Note Jaspersoft 7.8 will not work with Clarity 15.9 and you have to upgrade for it work.

When upgrading to Clarity - 15.9.1 please check the Compatibility matrix for the Report Server component regarding JasperReports Server 7.1.3 and Jaspersoft Server 7.8.
