Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following error in Spectrum OneClick running Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

Configuration Manager - Capture failed with Primary communication mode SSH/SCP for host running configuration file from device device.network.com of type CiscoNXOS on landscape Spectrum01 initiated by user USER1. Specific error: SPC-NCM-20007: Capture Running Script Returned Error [127]:  /opt/SPECTRUM/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib64/perl5/auto/IO/Tty/Tty.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr

Release : Spectrum installed on Linux

Component : Spectrum NCM

Cause

The root cause of the issue was missing the IO::Tty perl module.

Resolution

Install the IO::Tty perl module.
