Issue/Introduction

Using "forgot  password" option on the BlazeMeter LOG IN page and providing a BlazeMeter email address, the following message is displayed:

but the promised email message is never received.  The  email/spam service is configured to accept incoming notifications either mailed OR signed from the <blazemeter.com> domain.

Cause

The email address entered is not registered with BlazeMeter/Runscope.

Resolution

Register with BlazeMeter/Runscope by selecting the REGISTER option on the BlazeMeter/Runscope SAAS login page:
