How to enable traces on RA Agent with tcp/ip=99

Environment

Automation Engine Release : 12.X

Resolution

To Enable traces on RA Agent with tcp/ip=99, you may have to enable the traces from configuration file named ucxjcitx.ini (This file will be located where the RA Agent is installed)

Follow below steps.

1. Go to Configuration file (ucxjcitx.ini)

2. Manually enable tcp/ip=99 under TRACE parameter in configuration file.

3. Once the above changes are done, Kindly restart the Agent.

4. A trace will be generated in Temp folder  (example is given below)
