Issue/Introduction

Description:

The Auto Assignment of a Workflow Task does not work even though the workflow template shows that the "Auto Assignment Enabled" field is set to "Yes".

For example, in Figure 1, in the workflow template detail, under the tab, "2. Auto Assignment" (1), "Auto Assignment Enabled" is set to "Yes" (2), and a group is specified (3).

But the task is not assigned automatically, when it becomes "Pending".

Solution:

You need to open the details of the corresponding Change Category and set up the auto-assignment for the change order category.

Go to the tab, "3. Auto Assignment" (1), and set "Auto Assignment Enabled" to "Yes" (2).

There is no need to select any group (3), if you do not want to auto-assign the Change Order.
