Following a manual upgrade, one or more users are unable to access the agent list - Err: "Runtime error in component 'AgentListComponent'. This only happened in client 0. User could see the agent list in other clients. Other user can be left unaffected.
The JWP that attempted the query would then go to 100% utilization and output the following to the JWP log and also produce a trace dump.
