The following symptoms will occur:
1. The Load DWH job will stay in 'Processing' status until it ultimately times out and fails, typically after the default ETL timeout of 600 minutes.
2. The Administration > Security and Diagnostics > Data Warehouse > Data Warehouse Audit
will not be accessible.

There is database contention occurring in the PG database, where exclusive lock is created and will not release, causing other jobs such as the
Load DWH Access Rights job to process indefinitely.
Open a case with the Support team to have the issue confirmed/reviewed.
