Open in Scheduler Option (MSP/OWB) does not Work in New UX Tasks Module

Issue/Introduction

The open in scheduler option does not work in the new UX Tasks module. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to the new UX
2. Open a project and go to the Tasks module
3. Click on the Actions icon on the top left and select either ' Microsoft Project Read Only' or 'Microsoft Project Read- Write'

Expected Results: The project opens in MSP
Actual Results: Nothing happens

Note: This is also reproducible when OWB is the scheduler option

Cause

Caused by DE58718

Resolution

DE58718 is fixed in Clarity 15.9.1 release as well as on 15.9 Patch 1 (15.9.0.1). 

Workaround: Add the Task List module to the project blueprint and use the Task List module instead. The Actions icon on the top right of the Task List module provides the option to export the project to MSP/OWB. Alternatively, export from the Classic UI.
