The alarms portal tab shows the alarms but when it refreshes I get “Error retrieving alarms” in the OC 20.3 portal.

Issue/Introduction

Freshly installed UIM 20.3 OC:

The alarms portal tab shows the alarms but when it refreshes I get “Error retrieving alarms” in the portal.  Manually refreshing it brings it back but it times out again.  Below are screen shots of the error.

Defect in Operator Console 20.3

Resolution
