Logs.bin slow and over 8GB

Issue/Introduction
Logs.bin are slow to download and over 8GB. What is causing this slowness and size?

Release : 3.2
Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT
Resolution
Delete all core dump files (core.xcd). Once this is complete, restart, recreate issue, and generate the core file again Config -> Diagnostics -> systems diagnostics -> download system log file.
