Description:
You get an Error Running any CCA Report
Error:CCA-RT-6053: Execution of report "<Report Name>" failed. - Report server login failed for user. "Administrator"
This is due to a number of possible reasons, which this techdoc will cover a good portion of those issues.
Solution:
When running the report and getting the Error:CCA-RT-6053 error, the message reads, : Execution of report "<Report Name>" failed. - Report server login failed for user. "Administrator", however., the "login fail" is not necessarily the case, but that should be the first thing confirmed:
- In the CCA UI --> Administration --> Configuration --> Properties --> group="bo" --> name = "server" and name = "server.port" as well as name ="webserver.nane" and name="webserver.port". Do not forget to confirm the username and password where name="admin.password" and name="admin.user"
<Please see attached file for image>
- Next, confirm the CCA Report request is making it to the BOXI Server
- Setup CCA Reports in BOXI Post Installation
- Navigate to the "<server installed location>\ reports\setup" path and edit file: "cca_biar_import.xml" with acmserver database password.
- In command prompt, Navigate to above location and execute following command:
importBiar -boxiAdminPwd <Boxi admin password> -boxiAdminUser <Boxi admin user name> -boxiHttpPort <boxi http port number> -boxiHttpServer <Boxi http Server name> -boxiPort <Boxi Server Port Number> -boxiServer <Boxi Server name> -password <CCA server password> -user <CCA server user>
- If the report exists, lets check the Universe connection and lets reset the database connection just to be sure
- First thing is to check if tables are bringing back data
- Go to Boxi Server and launch login to designer
- File --> Import Universe
- Find \ select the Universe
- Right click on one of the main tables (that has many relationships), select "Table Values"
<Please see attached file for image>

- a. If a popup box appears with values, then it works
b. If a popup box appears with no values, continue Below to Reset BOXI Universe Connection
c. If you get an error message of "CS:COM Provider CLSID not specified or erroneous" , then please follow this attached document(Troubleshooting_BOXI_CLSID_error), which pertains to SQL Server 2005 and 2008
