Issue/Introduction

In Service Desk Manager 17.3 GA and 17.3 RU1, when creating a ticket (Request, Incident, Problem or Change Order), the MDB date fields close_date and resolve_date may be filled with the value '-2147483648' instead of NULL.

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and 17.3 RU1

All Supported Operating Systems

Resolution

Open a Support Case and request test fix T5UG443.

NOTE:  17.3 RU2 does not have this problem.
