While doing an install or upgrade it continues to fail. The Clarity installation log contains the following messages:
'The Niku Beacon service could not be started' ' More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3523'
This error occurs because a call is made to start the beacon by the install script but the beacon never starts.
This causes message 'Niku Beacon service could not be started/More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3523' which causes the install/upgrade to fail.
If this occurs on an another attempt to do the install/upgrade then you will need to follow the solution below.

The following commands will need to be entered on the server you are attempting to install/upgrade Clarity.
Release: ESPCLA99000-13.2-Clarity-Extended Support Plus
