What does self-service support covers?

Will it cover the patch to fix any security vulnerability identified?

When will this cover last till?

Is there any CA extended support available for CA API Gateway 9.2 and 9.3?

Resolution

Self-service support means you cannot open the support ticket anymore, but you still can use any resources released on the support portal, such as product document, KB article, patches, community, etc.

But NOTE that the product team should not release any new fix/patch for EOS version.
