Data validation prevents more than 100 threads (max_threads) setting for Setup URL Response (Enhanced) but the probe permits more than 100

Issue/Introduction

The url_response probe permits more than 100 threads, but I am unable to set this higher with an mcs profile.

Release : 20.1

Component : UIM - MON_CONFIG_SERVICE

Resolution

This can be done with UIM 20.3.1 version.
