TSS9020W TSS9076I Invalid Parameter File Option Msg during Startup

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from Top Secret r15 to r16, during startup of TSS after an IPL, getting the following error messages:

 TSS9076I CURRENT OPTION IS <(YES) >       
*TSS9020W INVALID PARAMETER FILE OPTION

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

ADMINBY(YES) was set in the control options.

The valid syntax is ADMINBY for Top Secret for z/OS.

ADMINBY(YES) is the syntax for Top Secret for z/VM per the documentation.
