There are users that are unable to login to Clarity. They are able to get past the SSO login page, but they encounter a screen that never loads.

1. Check if the resource has been set to inactive.
If so, check or set the audit trail for the Resource object > 'Active' attribute.
2. Determine if there is a custom process that sets the user's 'Active' status.
