Sysload Powervm: Unable to retrieve Shared CPU pool metrics

Issue/Introduction

In Sysload Analyst Rich Client, choose PowerVM object to display "Shared CPU pool - specific/overall" metrics but cannot get data to display in the Real-time Chart and/or Activity Monitor table.  The values just show up as "n/a".

The list of Shared CPU Pools is not populated either.

Cause

Misconfiguration on the HMC Clock / Timezone Settings

Resolution

Change the HMC Time Zone setting from Country/City to UTC and update the Time accordingly so that both HMC and the LPAR where the agent is running have the same time.
