CA CEM 6.0 CEMCITLR job encounters the error 'TSS7224E Dataset Not Available Through This Facility'

Issue/Introduction

The Compliance Event Manager (CEM) CEMCITLR job fails with the Top Secret Security error: 

TSS7224E Dataset Not Available Through This Facility followed by TSS7230E DSN: 'highlevel.SPFTEMP1.WORK' 

 

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Cause

The CEMCITLR job is defined as Facility=BATCH, but this BATCH facility did not have access to the temp datasets created by the job.

Resolution

The customer needed to allow the TSS facility of BATCH to access the temp datasets.  In this case 'highlevel.SPFTEMP1.WORK'
