UIM is not sending all devices to DXI via apm_bridge probe

Issue/Introduction

I am not seeing all of the UIM devices in DXI OI console.  It doesn't look like UIM (onpremise) is sending all of the UIM devices to DXI.  

Specifically, a number of devices underneath my secondary hub (or all the devices under that hub) are not appearing.

Environment

Component : UIM - APMGTW

Cause

apm_bridge requires additional hubs (origins) to be configured.

Resolution

hub names/origins must be included in the apm_bridge.cfg under the included-origins tag, e.g.:

 

   <apmgtw>
      included-origins = HubName1, Origin2, Hub3
