CA Quick Copy is Failing on Encrypted Tablespaces

Issue/Introduction

Running CA Quick Copy on an encrypted tablespace for the first time getting the following errors:

Resolution

Immediate Solution:
Recommend switching to the EXCP NO engine to solve the problem. The EXCP NO engine supports pervasive encryption.

EXCP Yes doesn't support pervasive encryption.
