CA Catalyst Container Service fail to start on UIM Connector server

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to start CA Catalyst Container service on UIM Connector, the service starts and then stops immediately

Environment

SOI 4.x

UIM - All versions

UIM Connector - All versions

Resolution

Looking at \Container\jsw\logs\wrapper.log, following exceptions claims problem with "\CatalystConnector\container\data\cache\org.eclipse.osgi\.manager" folder

                Could not start the container: com.ca.catalyst.container.ContainerException: \CatalystConnector\container\data\cache\org.eclipse.osgi\.manager (corrupted)

1. The above folder is in the cluster shared drive and when we try to open .manager folder it throws an error.

2. Stop "CA Catalyst Container" services

3. Moved \container\data\cache folder

4. Star "CA Catalyst Container" services
