Issue/Introduction

we are not getting alarms details in CA USM home page below for your reference.

 

Environment

UIM 9.02

EMS 10.24

Resolution

Please follow the below step:-

1. Deactivate the ems probe -
2. Delete ems db folder from the following location:
   \Nimsoft\probes\service\ems\db
3. Activate the ems probe.
