USM page won't open for most accounts

Issue/Introduction

We thought this was fixed with  case 32369687.

USM not loading. Only the main administrator account is now working. Other accounts are still hanging.

It hangs in the loading bar. All other pages seem to be working.

Environment

Release : 9.0.2

Component : UIM - UMP_USM

Resolution

Please follow these steps:

1. Best to just delete the EMS probe DB folder and restart EMS.

2. Also if the customer has spectrumgw installed, they will have to re install the connector if the EMS probe is uninstalled and the EMS probe folder deleted.
