Error: "MoveFile failed" when you install the DLP agent on Windows 10

Issue/Introduction

When installing the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) endpoint agent on a Windows 10 device, the following error appears:

The install.log shows the following errors:

DecryptFile(): 'C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\cg.ead': failed, Warning: File not found, ErrorCode: 2

Environment

Windows 10 1909
Data Loss Prevention 15.5 MP2

Cause

Windows Defender blocked the file move being performed by the DLP agent. 

Resolution

Disable Window Defender's Real-time protection during the agent install.

Additional Information

After the agent installs successfully, verify the DLP Endpoint Agent exclusions have been applied to the Exclusion list in Windows Defender.
