SOI and flash EOL December 2020

Issue/Introduction

We have the version 4.2.0.188.20170906 of the application and the end of life of flash player is near,

can you provide us instructions to make the update to HTML 5 in the application and remove completely the flash player plug-in.

Environment

SOI 4.2

Cause

Flash is going EOL in December 2020 and will need to be replaced.

Resolution

We have replaced the flash functionality in SOI patch SO14226

NOTE: All SOI patches are cumulative, if there is a newer patch on the download site, ALWAYS use the newest.

New Features
React based UI for dashboard

This patch contains the support for React based UI. Adobe Flash is removed from the Service Operations Insights dashboard, as it is going to be End of Support by 31st December 2020 to all the users.

Existing Flash dashboard is replaced with React-based dashboard.
