CA 7 Adding JCL libraries dynamically

Issue/Introduction

When migrating from CA 7 Release 11.3 to CA 7 Release 12.1, noticed that JCL libraries that were dynamically allocated under Release 11.3 were no longer in Release 12.1 after the migration.

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA-7

Resolution

These libraries are dynamically added libraries. If you restart CA 7, the JCL library is only defined when you specify JCLDEFS=VSAM on the RESIDENT statement in the initialisation file.
