What are "Not Present" components in DX Netops Performance Management?

Release : 3.7, 20.2

Component : IM Certifications

Cause

Components that are no longer present on the device.

Resolution

Not Present items are components that no longer exist on physical devices.

1. Not Present components can be removed using the script outlined in the documentation below:

2. Note that if you have "Synchronize component items that are not currently present on the monitored device" per:

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/performance-management/20-2/administrating/manage-data-sources/configure-a-data-source.html

These may be being synced to the Netops Portal and would also be removed from the Netops Portal.
