IOS client certificate renewal using SDK 2.1 is not working

Issue/Introduction

While implementing the MAG SDK on iOS, we encountered problems with the renewal of client certificates by the iOS devices.

We can reproduce the problem quite simply and can pinpoint to the lines that go wrong based on the code on github.

The moment the SDK receives 'error 206' on a call to MAG, a certificate renewal is triggered on the device. but the device does not install the new certificate 

How can we ensure that our iOS devices can renew a certificate?

Resolution

This is a bug in the sdk which is resolved in a future version of the ios-sdk
