UIM 20.3.x requests extra log in each time a published Dashboard is opened

Issue/Introduction

Every time a published dashboard is launched from the Operator Console "view published dashboards" view it requires the user to log in again.

Cause

Working As Designed

Resolution

 The cause for this issue has to do with security model changes in OC/CABI, and that the inclusion of the Custom Dashboards from UMP into Operator Console required the use of the "standalone.jsp" version of Dashboard portlet.  The standalone version has always required a separate login and there is no way around it.

This cannot be worked around and users will simply have to log in an extra time when viewing these particular dashboards.
