Locate Items Owned by a User Who Was Deleted

Issue/Introduction
We deleted a user, but now need to find the items they owned when they were deleted.
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : AGILE CENTRAL
Cause
Deleted users won't be able to be selected in drop down fields for the owner, but will still be listed as the owner of the items. Because of this finding items that they owned can be difficult.
Resolution
While a deleted used can no longer be selected in Dropdowns for filters they will still be listed as the Owner of items. From the Work Views page you can select to display the desired item types and then sort them by owner. This will group all of the items with the same owner together. Next, you would go through the list of items until you find the ones owned by the deleted user. After that you can select them all and bulk edit them to remove that owner.
