Issue/Introduction

Users are receiving the error “[en - Unable to process request - Server or Network error]” when trying to create new items in a custom project sub-object 

Steps to reproduce 

  1. Set Classic view to Phoenix Theme
  2. Create Project Sub-object
  3. Go to new UX
  4. Create a new Blueprint
  5. Edit Blueprint
  6. Click on Modules
  7. Add Channel 1
  8. Update Channel URL to the link to the sub-object, 
    1. Example - https://ServerURL/niku/nu#action:projmgr.projectProperties&odf_view=projectCreate.subObjList.br_prj_transaction&id=${internalID}&odf_pk=${internalID}&parentObjectCode=project&odf_concrete_parent_object_code=project&odf_parent_id=${internalID}&odf_cncrt_parent_id=${internalID} &puiFullscreen=on&puiHidePPMTabs=on
  9. Publish
  10. Create Project using this Blueprint
  11. Go to Channel 1 module
  12. Click 'New'

Expected Result - Create New Instance of Sub-Object

Actual Result - Receive error

Cause

There is a space in the URL

Resolution

Find and remove the space in the URL
