Can I use Performance Management to monitor Azure

Specifically ExpressRoute monitoring (circuit routing)

Resolution

Currently Performance Management does not monitor Azure. However if you are running CA UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT that monitors Azure and its express route circuits.
