net_connect alarms are not synched to Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to implement net_connect probe to enable port monitoring. The alarms generated on UIM side by this probe, are not synched to Spectrum. We cannot even see them in the spectrumgtw logs.

Cause

- Nas Name Services entry and Required Fault Correlation Topology Rule.

Resolution

The old 'Required Topology Fault Correlation Rule' was forcing all of the alarms to be invisible, AND the NAS Name Services was defaulting to an IP AND Hostname value of testmodel. Worked around that by deleting the existing entry and adding a new one with the testmodel as hostname and IP as 2.2.2.2 and locked it, which is what the customer had it set to for testing. We also disabled the Required Topology Fault Correlation Rule.
