TDM Web 4.9.97.0 Portal UI - Request Created element missing

Issue/Introduction

On TDM 4.9.97.0, we notice that the "Request 1234345 created successfully" element that comes up when a user submits a request is no longer displayed. This is one of the features that let our users and automation tools identify and map a request number to a test case. 

The element does show up but for a second and then disappears automatically

Resolution

This has been addressed in later versions of 4.9 releases.
