Issue/Introduction

When you stop the OneClick Tomcat of and then restart it, the alarm "SRM ENTITYRESOLVER ERROR" is displayed.

Is this an alarm that is generated until  the Report Manager is fully initialized?

* In the customer environment, it takes about 30 minutes to initialize.
* Looking at the catalina.out log, it looks like it was initialized around 14:32.
* The last alarm was at 14:31, and no alarm has occurred since then.

Resolution

Yes, this alarm is being displayed as the initialization of the SRM is not complete.

As you mentioned we can see that the following messages are displayed in the OC catalina.out up until 14:31:

11 10, 2020 14:31:01.974 - Unable to process device entity:
com.aprisma.spectrum.app.repmgr.container.BeanNotReadyException: columnValueTruncator

And then it appears that the initialization completes at around 14:32.

After the initialization completes, there are no further alarms.
