' My Recent Documents' on the Knowledge tab shows AHD04482 without showing the document list

Issue/Introduction

Description:

' My Recent Documents' in Knowledge tab shows ' AHD04482:Security setting prevents this operation. See Administrator for details.' (see Figure 1), without showing the document list. How can we resolve this?

Solution:

When the 'Reference' in the Function Access tab in the role that is assigned the contact the problem occurs is set the Access Level 'None' as follows. It is necessary to avoid the situation, it is necessary to grant the Access Level 'View' or 'Modify' to the 'Reference' function as shown in Figure 2.

NOTE: This is an example of changing 'Reference = None' for the Level2 Analyst role. The default Level2 Analyst role does not have 'Reference = None'. Hence, this behavior would not "out of box".
