Fast Recover fails with PFR0725E - FAILED TO LOAD EDITPROC using OBIDXLAT-COMP-EP & OBIDXLAT-EDITPROC

Issue/Introduction

Executing Fast Recover for Db2 for z/OS (PFR) with parmetere OBIDXLAT-COMP-EP(YES) using an EDITPROC, the job fails with: 

PFR0725E - FAILED TO LOAD EDITPROC xxxxxxxx FROM xxxx LIBRARY
           This Error has Occurred in CSECT - FRA@CEDP

Resolution

The best solution is to change the parameter OBIDXLAT-COMP-EP(YES) to OBIDXLAT-COMP-EP(NO), this alleviates the problem.
