How Long A Job Can Be Kept In Running with CA WA ESP Edition?

Issue/Introduction

Our user wants some JOBs to continue running for as long as possible.

How can I tell how long a job can be kept in ESP running? Is there a limit and what are the down side of this?

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Resolution

If only the ESP files especially APPLFILE and TRAKFILE have enough space, it can stay as long as required.
