VANTAGE WEBUI: Incorrect numeric data in TLMS related columns

Issue/Introduction

Using the Tape Resource Management / Tape Management System / CA TLMS / Summaries / By User Defined Updated Field, 
the 'Nbr of Tape' shows a wrong information - all values in all numeric columns of this report end by x'C0'.
