Issue/Introduction

Initially connecting VTAPE NFS server and starting up the SVTS started task, the following error messages were issued:.

SVT1US900E 112,05940350,USS@FSMT,Stat error on directory:

cai.vtape/401BEE10/triplex

SVT1I2390E -4,08,USSINI,FILESYS_MKDIR

Release : 12.6

Component : CA VTAPE

Cause

Directory attributes (in this instance 'triplex' were not sufficient 

Resolution

Change the directory attributes to 775 (at least)

If unable to change the directory attributes, then unmount the file system and then go in and delete the directory that was causing the problem.
