Issue/Introduction

Where to find the CloudSOC Tenant Identifier.

 

 

Resolution

From the CloudSOC console: Go to Settings (Gear Icon), General tab, Tenant Identifier.

 

Additional Information

The Tenant Identifier is unique to each CASB tenant and is required to interact with support or gather tenant specific data.  Make note, there are no periods or spaces in the ID.

The General tab in CloudSOC settings also displays the Primary and Secondary Domain information which is useful for integrations with CloudSOC.
