Unable to access Operator Console - invalid credentials message

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to access the Operator Console but I get invalid credential message.

Please download and deploy ump_operatorconsole-2.0.3-HF2.zip from the hotfix site:

https://support.broadcom.com/external/content/release-announcements/CA-Unified-Infrastructure-Management-Hotfix-Index/7233

to the robot where the OC is installed.

Dependencies/Prerequisites:

Steps to apply the patch:
1. Drag the ump_operatorconsole-2.0.3-HF2.zip from your local drive to the Archive folder in IM.
2. Drag the ump_operatorconsole installation package (version 2.03hf2) from the Archive folder in IM to the UMP robot.
