After rebooting the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) attempts to access the GUI result in the following message:
There may be a delayed, or failed, response from one or more of the configured DNS servers
Verify that all of the configured DNS servers respond in a timely fashion. Remove all DNS servers to do not respond, or have a delayed response, and reboot the SEDR appliance.
Contact Broadcom technical support should this not resolve the issue.
