Receiving unexpected emails from Dev environment

Issue/Introduction

An environment (such as your Development environment) has email notifications off. However, scheduled reports / notifications from Advanced reporting are still being received.

Environment

Release : SAAS - All supported versions

Component : CLARITY SAAS / GCP

Cause

Jaspersoft Email notifications are not turned off

Resolution

Turn off the Jaspersoft email notifications. This is different from the Clarity general email notifications.
