Allocations are not matching between Project Team tab in Clarity and Open Workbench

Issue/Introduction

When the resource's calendar has a holiday scheduled, the allocations do not match between the Team tab and Open Workbench.
Seems that Open Workbench is not calculating the allocation with the holiday correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1.  Create Project
2.  Add Resource, Task
3.  Make sure Resource is 100% allocated
4.  Assign the resource to the task
5.  Go to resource's calendar
6.  Make one day out of the week a holiday 
7.  Make note of the Weekly Allocation in Clarity Team tab
8.  Open in OWB
9.  Add Allocation to the view


Expected Results: Allocation in OWB and Clarity will match

Actual Results: Allocation in OWB are higher than Clarity
