The reported problem is that the report doesn't come up when selected, or the analysis doesn't come up for working on it via Analysts Console. When attempting to open the report from either the "Analysts view" or the standard "Reports" section of the Datacenter, final results show either area is blank page, no error message, no headers, nothing but a white slate. There is no report presented or any data to analyze if going through the Analysts console.

The issue was due to disability of responsible micro service to connect to the database when the analyst was working on the Report. To avoid Customer Data Table data loss, there is a need to ensure that the Master Table contains data before starting to modify the Customer Data table.
