UMP Jasper Unified Reports not working after upgrade to CA UIM/UMP 20.1

Issue/Introduction

Jasper Unified Reports were working correctly until UIM 9.02, now after upgrade to 20.1 (both UIM + UMP), Jasper Unified Reports are not working anymore.

Environment

Release : 20.1 and above

Component : UIM - UNIFIED REPORTER

Cause

Unified Reports has been deprecated, have a look at the installer files for UIM 9.0.2 and UIM 20.1, observe installUR has been removed in UIM 20.1 installer:

Resolution

Unified Reports have been deprecated. You would need to use the below procedure to migrate Reports from Unified Reporter to CABI:

Additional Information

Broadcom Support would also suggest to upgrade to 20.3 to move away from UMP (which runs on Adobe Flash Player which would go EOL 31st December 2020) to Operator Console (which runs on HTML5)
