Issue/Introduction

When we get our weekly ASM monitor report, it comes in as a PDF which looks good, but the email text has additional text that we would like to remove to clean it up.  Here is a snippet of what we see:

<monitor name> 8530 [asm.saas.broadcom.com] 99.85% [asm.saas.broadcom.com] 2016 [asm.saas.broadcom.com]  3 [asm.saas.broadcom.com]

Is there a way to remove the [asm.saas.broadcom.com] from each value? Can we customize this email?

These values are links to asm.saas.broadcom.com.

It seems like your mail server is adding the [asm.saas.broadcom.com] in the email text, because values are links to asm.saas.broadcom.com.

You need to consult with your mail server admin.
